Join Scott Donaldson every Sunday afternoon on Scotland’s number one community radio station.
How would you describe your show?
A Magazine Show. Mainly music, but with regular features such as Unusual Stories from Around the World, What’s on Locally, What’s on at the Cinema, On this Day, and trivia.
Favourite band / artist?
Not a Rush song, strangely. I’d have to say either Wuthering Heights by Kate Bush, or Annie’s Song by John Denver.
None. I like my sky to be blue and my grass to be green.
Where is your favourite place you’ve ever visited?
Gatwick Airport Toilets. Best. Toilets. Ever.
Aside from that, I have fond memories of the South of France.
Where is your dream holiday destination?
Anywhere hot and all inclusive. Or a cruise.
What three celebrities or historical figures would you invite to your fantasy dinner party?
What item would you take if you were cast away to a desert island?
An electronic chess game. Hopefully, I’d have the time to progress past level 4.
Sum yourself up in three words
Creative, Curious, Alternative
What’s been your favourite moment at Pulse 98.4?
Hearing that my son had been delighted to get a mention on the show.
What’s your funniest on-air story?
A few years ago, on a different station, we had a new age-type person on the show. He was trying different things on us, none of which were working. But, in keeping with the spirit of things we played along with it, even though it was hard to keep a straight face.
